This intensive 5-day training package is designed specifically for new and newer adjusters who want to develop the practical skills needed to take a claim from initial inspection through final close-out.

This isn’t just classroom instruction. The week is designed to give you the tools, hands-on practice, and confidence you need to be ready when your first opportunity comes.

What You’ll Learn

Days 1–2: Mastering Xactimate Level 1 & 2 
Build your skills in Xactimate and learn how to create accurate, professional estimates using one of the industry’s most widely used estimating platforms.

Days 3–4: Scoping & Material Identification
Learn how to properly scope a property and identify common building materials with Paul Griff, Senior Account Manager. This hands-on instruction will help you understand what you’re seeing in the field and how to accurately document it.

Day 5: Putting It All Together
Bring everything together and learn how the pieces of a claim file work together, including the:

• Billing Sheet
• Estimate
• Narrative
• Photos
• SOL (Statement of Loss)
