Jonathan has extensive management experience, practical field claim handling, and in-office claim operations. An affiliate trainer with Verisk, the Xactimate company, Jonathan is recognized as one our industry’s premier trainers. Jonathan is a graduate of the University of South Alabama and a Navy veteran. He is a Xactimate Certified Trainer.

Her experience as an administrative assistant in the Arlington ISD has uniquely prepared her for her current role at Adjust U, where she serves as Executive Assistant to President Gene Strother and Vice President Jonathan Rice. Beyond her administrative expertise, Stephanie has a passion for culinary arts, having been a former pastry chef. Reading, gardening, and spending time with her beloved dogs brings immense joy outside of work. With a diverse skill set and a zest for life, Stephanie is a vital member of the dynamic Adjust U leadership team.

Ryan McRae is Analytics Manager for Mid-America. Coming onboard in 2020, he provides valuable insights to the team’s day-to-day operations. Ryan specializes in presenting data in a digestible manner and using his quantitative skills to eliminate bias in decision making. Ryan works with our operations teams to ensure the data he collects informs process improvement, training opportunities, and strategies to enhance quality and productivity. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Ryan provides in-house training to office staff. Ryan studied mathematics and statistics at the University of Alabama where he attended too many sporting events. He came to Mid-America with eight years of experience in small business. His teambuilding and management skills complement his unique problem-solving acumen.

He is responsible for helping maintain our brand by creating content and managing digital marketing strategies and campaigns. He is also responsible for identifying and networking with top talented independent adjusting professionals to recruit them to our proprietary database of experienced claim adjusters. He was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama, so naturally he has an affinity for the beach and the outdoors.
